EXIF Remover

Photos from phones and cameras often embed GPS location, device model and timestamps. Strip that metadata before you share a photo publicly — done entirely in your browser.

FAQ

How does this remove EXIF data?

The photo is redrawn onto a blank canvas and re-exported. Canvas image export never carries metadata over, so GPS coordinates, camera info and timestamps are dropped automatically.

Is my photo uploaded anywhere?

No. This happens entirely in your browser — your photo, and whatever location data it contains, never leaves your device.

Will image quality change?

The output is re-encoded as JPEG at high quality (95%). Visually it should look identical, though it's technically a fresh re-compression.
